Can you explain a bit more on why the RGT community feels that they got the short end of the deal? Is it just because the price went down? If they feel the token is undervalued they could have just bought more at the specified period or am I missing something here? Was liquidity pulled? Trading disabled, etc... Looks just like normal market pricing behavior to me and even Rari founder and biggest holders support on the merger.
See the section on price in the article - the transaction price was calculated in a way that was unfavorable for RGT. Buying more tokens wouldn’t change the exchange ratio. RGT price is capped at the implied exchange value
