Please read this post at least 2 times though it is complicated. For example if a DeFi protocol makes all its money from one token do you think that is worth as much as another protocol that makes its money for 100 tokens?

Could there be a future post about flash loans and how they work vs. collateralized loans? I originally thought DeFi lending was only possible by posting collateral, so am confused how uncollateralized lending is done here and in the broader crypto space.

From what I understand, protocols earn money primarily from usage fees and spend money when they require validation of transactions from node operators/miners.
